RETURN/REPLACEMENT/REFUND POLICY

If you received the incorrect order, please contact us at ketotheaussieway2018@gmail.com and detail the condition of the order you received. If stock has been damaged during freight, a photograph of the damage item will need to be included. We will refund at your request the full amount, minus the postage cost.


DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

Given the nature of downloadable digital items, we will not offer a refund or credit on a purchase.


CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FOOD/MERCHANDISE ORDERS:

 You must contact us at via email within 24  hours of your order to cancel order. Orders cancelled after this time will incur an admin fee.

Keto The Aussie Way uses Australia Post e-parcel for the dispatch and delivery of parcels and will share delivery details with Australia Post to ensure that your order can be delivered.  We may use other courier services from time to time and will share the same information with them to ensure delivery of your order.  The Flat Rate Fee is $9.95
